At TUFA, we believe that talent is universal, but opportunity isn’t. We are a local Tanzanian organization with a global mindset, and we’re looking for passionate interns and volunteers to help us drive sustainable change from the roots up.

  • In-Person (The Mafinga Experience): Join us at our headquarters in Mafinga, Tanzania. You’ll be immersed in the local culture, breathe the fresh air of the Southern Highlands, and see the immediate impact of your work on the ground.

  • Remote (The Global Bridge): Can’t make it to Tanzania? No problem. Join our digital team from anywhere in the world. Whether it’s strategy, design, research, or communications, your keyboard is your tool for change.
